Standard Equipment Auction Terms
1. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 10% will be added to the final bid price.
2. Payment: Full payment is due within 48 hours of auction close. Accepted forms of payment include cash, certified check, and wire transfer.
3. Removal: All items must be removed within 7 days of auction close. Items not removed may be subject to storage fees.
4. Condition: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
5. Title: Clear title will be transferred upon receipt of full payment. Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.
